Trauma-Informed Practitioner | Mindful & Compassionate Listener | Explorer of the Mind

Judson Frost invites you into a space of presence, curiosity, and deep restoration. Blending the art of mindful awareness with embodied healing, he supports individuals in releasing long-held patterns of tension, fear, and self-protection. His work weaves together trauma-informed care with practices that reconnect mind, body, and spirit.

As a father, artist, and wilderness adventurer, Judson draws upon the wisdom of nature and the human heart. His sessions are both grounding and expansive—offering a safe place to slow down, feel deeply, and rediscover your inherent wholeness.

Judson’s approach integrates Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness Regulation Techniques. With decades of experience in Therapeutic Bodywork, Structural Integration, Health Coaching, and Yoga, he bridges the physical and emotional, guiding clients toward clarity, resilience, and peace.

He offers both in-person and online sessions, creating a compassionate container for transformation, whether in the heart of Boulder, Colorado, or across the digital distance..
