About the Work

Judson works as a catalyst for pain relief, self observation, supportive boundaries, heartfelt communication, and personal leadership.

These breakthrough techniques are far more effective than following a set of actions, goals, or being held accountable. By working with the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body, we reveal unconscious patterns and deep rooted belief systems to break free and become more attuned to our own inner wisdom.

“It was with Judson that I experienced firsthand the difference between traditional, easy-going massage and in-depth, neuromuscular, cranial sacral body work (his being the latter). Judson’s experience and training in various modalities and wisdom traditions makes each session feel ripe with teachings about the body, healing, and being human. I am much more aware of my own holding patterns and places where I keep myself stuck after working with him. If you want to understand your own body and find more freedom in yourself as a physical being, go see Judson.”
