3 month Microdosing + IFS Program
You may feel called to this three-month microdosing and IFS program because you’re ready for change that feels gentle, grounded, and real. Microdosing helps soften old defenses and opens space for more clarity and emotional presence. IFS gives you a way to meet the different parts of yourself with compassion instead of pressure or judgment. Together, these approaches support you in releasing patterns that no longer serve you, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting with your own inner guidance. This program gives you steady support, structure, and a pace that respects your process—so transformation can unfold naturally, from within.
Increased Emotional Regulation, Inner Clarity, and Authentic Self Leadership.
-
During a three-month microdosing program with me, you work with both the gentle support of psilocybin microdosing and the depth of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Microdosing offers subtle shifts in perception, mood, and emotional openness—not overwhelming or psychedelic—but just enough to soften defenses and increase your capacity to be present with yourself. IFS provides a structured, compassionate way to explore your inner world, helping you recognize and understand the different parts of you that hold stress, fear, or protection.
Over the course of three months, you gradually learn how to relate to your inner experience rather than react to it. You practice noticing when a part of you feels overwhelmed, shut down, anxious, self-critical, or disconnected. Instead of trying to push these parts away, you learn how to meet them with curiosity. This approach builds emotional resilience from the inside out.
Microdosing often makes this internal dialogue more accessible. It helps soften inner resistance and increases your ability to stay grounded when difficult emotions arise. You may find that patterns that once felt stuck now begin to shift. You may notice more creativity, clarity, and emotional spaciousness in your daily life.
The structure typically includes:
• Weekly sessions to explore what is coming up in your internal world
• Guided IFS processes to help you identify and work with your protective and vulnerable parts
• Microdosing support to track your emotional, mental, and somatic responses
• Integration practices to help new insights take root in your daily life
By the end of the three months, you have developed a deeper relationship with yourself—one built on understanding rather than judgment. You gain tools to navigate stress with more ease, compassion, and clarity. The work doesn’t just help you “cope”; it supports a shift toward living from a steadier, more grounded, connected place within yourself.
This is a gradual, respectful process that honors your pace, your story, and your inner wisdom.

A full-day psilocybin journey typically involves several stages, and it’s usually structured to ensure safety, comfort, and meaningful integration. Here’s a general outline:
1. Preparation:
Before the journey, there’s often a preparation phase that includes setting intentions, discussing goals, and creating a safe, comfortable environment. This can also include dietary guidelines and setting up a quiet space.
2. The Journey:
The actual experience usually lasts around 6 to 8 hours, depending on the dose. It often begins with a gradual onset, where the individual may start feeling subtle changes in perception, mood, and sensory awareness.
3. Peak Experience:
This is typically the most intense part of the journey, often occurring around 2 to 4 hours after ingestion. During this time, individuals may experience vivid visuals, deep emotional insights, and a heightened sense of interconnectedness.
4. Integration and Reflection:
After the peak, the effects gradually taper off, and the individual enters a phase of reflection. This is a time to process insights, emotions, and any revelations that arose during the journey.
5. Integration Sessions:
Post-journey integration is crucial for making sense of the experience. This can involve journaling, talking with a guide or therapist, and engaging in mindful practices to fully integrate the insights gained.
Overall, a full-day psilocybin journey is designed to foster healing, self-discovery, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world around them.

Psilocybin is a naturally occurring compound found in certain mushrooms that has been studied for its ability to support emotional healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. In a therapeutic setting, psilocybin is used intentionally and safely to help people explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be holding them back.
Guided sessions provide a supportive environment where participants can experience insights, process challenging emotions, and connect more deeply with themselves. The process involves facilitated preparation, guidance during the experience, and integration afterward, helping clients translate insights into meaningful change in their daily lives.
How Psilocybin Helps in Therapy:
• Promotes emotional clarity and self-understanding
• Supports healing from trauma and difficult experiences
• Enhances mindfulness, presence, and self-compassion
• Encourages personal growth and resilience
• Helps clients approach life with new perspectives and insight
Psilocybin therapy combines careful guidance, intention, and integration to provide a safe and transformative experience that can support lasting healing and positive change. Psilocybin Mushrooms are now legal in the state of Colorado.

Preparation is a vital part of any psilocybin experience, whether for a full journey or a microdosing practice. It helps ensure safety, intention, and a meaningful experience.
Before a journey, preparation includes clarifying your intentions, understanding the potential emotional and physical effects, and creating a supportive environment. Grounding practices, mindfulness, and self-reflection help participants approach the experience with calmness and openness.
For microdosing, preparation involves learning how to safely integrate small doses into daily life, setting intentions, and developing mindful practices to notice subtle effects. The focus is on enhancing self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth without overwhelming the nervous system.
Proper preparation empowers individuals to:
• Approach experiences with clarity and intention
• Feel safe, supported, and grounded
• Enhance insight, creativity, and emotional resilience
• Integrate experiences into daily life for lasting benefit
-
Integration is the process of making meaning from a psilocybin journey or microdosing experience and bringing insights into everyday life. It helps individuals understand what arose during the experience, process emotions, and translate revelations into lasting growth and positive change.
During integration, participants explore their thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations with curiosity and self-compassion. Techniques may include reflective journaling, mindfulness practices, movement, breathwork, and guided discussion. Integration ensures that experiences are not only impactful in the moment but also supportive of ongoing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Benefits of integration include:
• Deepening insights and self-awareness
• Strengthening emotional regulation and resilience
• Enhancing clarity, focus, and life alignment
• Translating experiences into meaningful action and personal growth
